Symptoms
You're viewing a reconciliation in ARM. You double-click on an attachment to view it, but instead of the attached document displaying as expected, a browser error appears: "Error 500 Internal Server Error". An image of that error might also appear in the body of emails that are sent to users as notifications relating to affected reconciliations.
