HFMJavaServer Service Startup & Shutdown Takes Too Long on Linux (Doc ID 2225854.1)

This issue is specific to HFM on Linux. HFM on Windows does not appear to have this startup delay.

Goal

To speed up the startup and shutdown time for the HFMJavaServer Service.  This will also speed up the total start & stop time of EPM.

By default, both the startup and shutdown of the HFMJavaServer (startHFMJavaServer.sh & stopHFMJavaServer.sh) each take 8 minutes and 22 seconds to complete. Since the startHFMJavaServer is called as part of the EPM start.sh & stop.sh scripts, they effect the total time it takes to stop & stop EPM.
