Symptoms

Applied Essbase Studio Console Patch 011, <Patch 23608664> PATCHSET UPDATE ORACLE ESSBASE STUDIO SERVER 11.1.2.4.011 on an Exalytics server.  The patch was applied successfully but when running post step reinit command, the following errors occur:
