Smart View detected the max of length in header or footer when printing form into PDF so that it raises the message.

Page and POV Members have exceeded the limit of 255 characters, the header or footer cannot be longer than 255 characters

Unable to set the CenterHeader property of the PageSetup class

At first time, you received the first message. If continuing to use printing, you may see the second message.

There are several cases.

Print form from Smart View at first time.
Choose longer name of member than before.
Change "Member Name and Description" in Member Name Display of Member Option of Smart View Option.
