Partition Definitions Created in MaxL are Created as Orphaned Partitions (Doc ID 2249791.1)

Symptoms

A partition definition created using MaxL command is created as an orphaned partition.   Adding the Essbase Server with the port number in the Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Console and then executing the MaxL command did not solve the issue.

The same partition when created directly in EAS is working.
