Symptoms

Financial Reporting (FR) PDF report size for large books is much bigger after upgrading from old versions of EPM. i.e. Upgrading from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4.x

It has been noticed that the size of generated report books are approximately double in size.  And this sometimes affects the capability of sending batches over email as a result of batch run.
