Information in this document applies to any platform.
You've set up CM and/or ARM to send email to users for certain circumstances, but users are not receiving any emails. Or users might be receiving some of the emails for which their accounts are configured, but not others.
This might begin occurring randomly without any known system changes. It also could occur after a Financial Close Management (FCM) patch has been applied, or following a critical system event.
