Symptoms
When logging into EPM some of the images in the top section of the EPM Workspace page are displayed incorrectly. The images are replaced with strings like "${/raframework/ ../epmstatic/raframework/resources/cds_global_??.js, Explore" and ""${/raframework/ ../epmstatic/raframework/resources/cds_global_??.js, SearchLabel".
