Exalytics and OBIEE 12c: Unexpected Change in Order of Variables in RPD After Deployment on Server

Symptoms
When using OBIEE 12.2.1.0.160719 and Oracle BI Admin Tool 12.2.1.1.0, the order of the variables changes unexpectedly during Oracle BI RPD deployment on the BI Server.
This causes a mismatch with the variables and their data types, leading to report errors, and also incorrect data in reports and dashboards.
It was noticed that the RPD that was consistent with no errors before deployment reports consistency errors after deployment on the BI Server.
NOTE: OBIEE 12.2.1.0.160719 patchset requires using Admin Tool 12.2.1.1 for Oracle BI RPD deployment as this patchset is not shipped with its own Admin tool version.
