HFM Application Fails To Load Properly After Upgrade To 11.1.2.4 (Doc ID 2273699.1)

Symptoms

Installed 11.1.2.4 and configured with a new DB
Moved the 11.1.2.1 application using copy app to the new DB
Ran the upgrade from earlier release from the EPM configurator.
When try to open the application, it just says loading but, nothing happens. No message in the system messages.         Application visible under consolidation administration.
