Goal

When trying to connect with the REST API for PBCS receive the error Authorization Required.

1. https://1234abc.pbcs.us2.oraclecloud.com/HyperionPlanning/rest/api_version
2. It is prompting the Username & Password.
3. Receiving an authorization error even though a service administrator role was used.
4. This occurs in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

The message returned: "You are not authorized to access the requested resource. Check the supplied credentials"
