Symptoms

In customer's new DEV environment (v11.1.2.4) - during FDMEE planning data load process, the process fails at export step after successfully executing 1)Import data 2) Validate.

In source environment (current DEV), everything is working as expected.

Customer did migration using LCM from source env (current Dev) to target environment (new DEV). It is failing at export step. This has never worked in their new DEV environment.
