Location-based Security In FDMEE Not Restricting Users Folder Access (Doc ID 2281510.1)

Goal

Set up Location-based Security within FDMEE and have assigned users to various groups, each with access to a specific Location.

In Production, users are correctly restricted to running Data Loads only from the single Location to which they have access based on their group.

In Test, users seem to be unrestricted and able to run Data Loads from any Location - this is the issue.
