Error Occurring In Financial Reporting (FR) Web Studio: "An error occurred while building the user POV" (Doc ID 2285842.1)

Symptoms

You've launched the FR Web Studio. When you attempt to open an FR report or browse through the repository folders, the session is unresponsive for several minutes, then an error is thrown: "An error occurred while building the user POV".

The FRLogging.log file contains the error: "com.hyperion.reporting.util.HyperionReportException: ; nested exception is:
javax.jcr.RepositoryException: com.brio.one.client.SessionException: GetClientFailed:0000015ce8a64185-0000-182b-0ad80030:0000015ce8a64185-0000-182b-0ad80030".
