Opening Webform In Smartview from Workspace using MSOffice 64 bit version (Doc ID 2292688.1)

Symptoms

When trying to open a webform from workspace with option open in smartview icon it does not open using MS office 64bit but the user able to open the webform in smartview using 32 bit office version.

The "Smartview for Office" AddOn does not appear in Firefox extensions list when the customer has 64 bit MSOffice version.

The customer use only Firefox browser.
