Unable To Login The HFM Application After A Service Restart, with a message of 'Loading...' showing.

All EPM services were restarted using the stop script. After the services restart users were not able to login to HFM applications. The users able to log into the workspace, and when trying to open an HFM application, the message 'loading...' displayed and then nothing happened. It just hung on the 'loading....' message. To resolve the issue, the user had to fully reboot the server on which HFM is running.
Possibly in a Clustered HFM environment with applications not starting from one of the servers.
Possibly Hanging the EPM configurator.
