Symptoms

New Managment Ledger Application is failing to run allocation rules successfully.

A few of the rules take over 5 minutes to generate. Those rules fail the allocation process and the following error message  is returned in the Job Library Job Detail Log:

Ledger Allocation or Custom Calc Script Run Failed.
com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot Perform Custom Calc. Essbase Error(1024016): Request [CustomCalcAso] from user [USER@Native Directory] was terminated since it exceeded the time limit.
