Financial Reporting (FR) Reports Chart Decimal Point And Suffix Formatting Are Not Retained (Doc ID 2313387.1)

The following two scenarios are described below FOR epm 11.1.2.4.XXX, While same properties were working fine in the earlier EPM 11.1.2.3.xxx release:
- In Financial Reporting (FR) Reports design through FR Studio, the Decimal point is set to 1, but nothing is shown in the secondary axes.

- In Financial Reporting (FR) Reports design through FR Studio, Suffix on secondary axis is not retained as expected during the report run. Using the default Formatting for the secondary axis and defining a suffix. It looks like suffix formatting for the secondary axis is not being retained. The number formatting is not bringing any attention to suffix and only consider the prefix. The same property was working fine in the earlier EPM 11.1.2.3.xxx release.
