Goal

On: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition,

In a 4 node cluster, OBICCS and OBISCH services can be scaled out only for Primary & Secondary nodes and this services is missing for other nodes i.e., node 3 & 4.

Primary & Secondary Node will have all services - OBIPS, OBIJH, OBIS, OBICCS and OBISCH

Node 3 & 4 will have only 3 services - OBIPS, OBIJH and OBIS.
