Symptoms

The Financial Reporting deployment, in WebLogic, fails to start after applying OBIEE patch 26092391. The deployment returns the error message:

Error java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.common.ApplSessionFilter

 Applied OBIEE Patch 26092391: BI BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.1.9.170718.
