Symptoms

You've logged into FCM, opened Close Manager and are attempting to access the Task List.  An error is thrown: "oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException : JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT AttributeEO.ATTRIBUTE_ID, AttributeEO.APP_ID...".

Changes

FCM has recently been upgraded to a new patch.
