Essbase: EPMA ASO Application is Not Creating Shared Members in Essbase Outline when "Allow duplicate names in outline" is Enabled

The EPMA ASO Application has the option "Allow Duplicate in Outline" checked and has shared members. When the EPMA ASO Application is deployed to Essbase, the shared members get deployed to Essbase as Stored Members.
