Unable To Automate A Open Batch Process When The Open Batch Directory Is Disabled in FDMEE (Doc ID 2381206.1)

Need to automate data load in FDMEE by creating batch option. This can be achieved by the Open Batch process.

But the "open batch directory" is disabled so cannot give the path for the source file.

This is because the server is managed cloud server managed by Oracle hence this option is disabled.
