Symptoms

When try to run EPM configurator for "Upgrade Applications from Earlier Release", its completes within 1-2 minutes without success.

Below message noted in the log file"

<Date/ Time> : Starting upgrade processes...
<Date/ Time> : Skipping upgrade processing: Completed on server <Servername> on <Date> at <Time>.
<Date/ Time> : If the original upgrade process has terminated abnormally or needs to be restarted,  please run the HFM Application Upgrade from D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialManagement\server.
<Date/ Time> : HFM Upgrade task completed.

Changes

EPM upgraded from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4.
