Symptoms

After applying a Studio Patch Set Update (PSU), for example applying 11.1.2.4.016 to Essbase Studio 11.1.2.4.000. When attempting to run the 'reinit' command from the Essbase Studio Command line following errors are shown:

cpl> reinit
Error:
  CPL - Error in commit transaction statement. Line = 49.
