How Do I Change Logging Level for Reporting & Analysis in EPM System

In older versions of the EPM System (back in 9.3), you could change the logging level of the Reporting & Analysis environment. We used to suggest changing the logging level to "DEBUG". This allowed us to find some helpful messages in the server_messages_IntelligenceService log file. Is there a way to change the logging level to "DEBUG" in EPM System 11.1.2.4?
