Symptoms

A new client installation of 11.1.2.4 is giving the following errors when connecting to Smartview:

Oracle Smart View for Office: Unknown Exception in HSF Provider
Strategic Planning: The request timed out. Contact your administrator to increase netRetryCount and NetRetryInterval
