A new client installation of 184.108.40.206 is giving the following errors when connecting to Smartview:
Oracle Smart View for Office: Unknown Exception in HSF Provider
Strategic Planning: The request timed out. Contact your administrator to increase netRetryCount and NetRetryInterval
New client install.
