OBIEE 12c : After Install Analytics URL returns "Error 500--Internal Server Error"

Symptoms
After a fresh install of OBIEE 12c, the 'weblogic' user was able to log into BI Publisher (/xmlpserver) but not Analytics (/analytics).
Going directly to /analytics bypassed the login page and tried to open "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome&startPage=1"
resulting in:
Error 500--Internal Server Error
javax.servlet.ServletException: Exception occurred
at com.siebel.analytics.web.SAWBridge.processRequest(SAWBridge.java.242)
...
Also the OBI server directory were missing from DOMAIN_HOME/servers/
Changes
New install of OBIEE 12c without any post install changes.
