Symptoms

When clicking on "Generate Intersection check report" and trying to open the PDF file generated, the following error occurs -
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open '<file>.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged

From The "Validation tab" -
There was a Source-Account member which was not mapped.
