Error: "EPMHFM-65550: Logged on user is not provisioned for this application" When Executing HFM Tasks From Task Flow And Tasks Will Not Run (Doc ID 2404594.1)

Symptoms

When running Task Flow for any Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tasks, the task will not run in HFM. Task Flow status is failed with Null error. When reviewing HFM logs, below errors will be displayed.

oracle-epm-fm.log:

[ERROR] [EPMHFM-65550] [oracle.FM.APPLICATION.oracle.epm.fm.domainobject.application.JHsxClient] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.epm.fm.domainobject.application.JHsxClient] [SRC_METHOD: createSessionInternal] Logged on user is not provisioned for this application : Logged on user is not provisioned for this application : HFM:<App name>

oracle-epm-fm-hsx-server.log

[ERROR] [EPMHFM-65550] [oracle.FM.HSSUTIL.oracle.epm.fm.hssservice.SecurityWrapper] [tid: 16] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.epm.fm.hssservice.SecurityWrapper] [SRC_METHOD: authenticateUserAndGetInfoInternal] Logged on user is not provisioned for this application : HFM:<App Name>

The user who logged into the application is provisioned for the application and should be able to execute the task. Also the user is able to run the task when logging in to the application directly instead of using Task Flow.
