Unable to Open Files In Hyperion Workspace "Host Unreachable"

Symptoms

Within EPM Workspace: Navigate to Explore-> Open a Folder->Open a file. Regardless of the folder or file type (PDF, Word, CSV) selected for opening, the on-screen "Host Unreachable" error is thrown
