Symptoms

When attempting to Deploy an HFM Application from EPMA error:

Application "<AppName>" already exists in provisioned applications cache.
Deploy completed with errors.


Changes

Using HFM Copy Application Utility or HFM Import Application to copy applications

HFM application deleted from EPMA Application Library
