You have an Oracle Business Intelligence 12c (220.127.116.11) two node cluster on Windows Servers.
Intermittently, the nqsserver (obis2) on node 2 crashes, automatically restarts as it should, but users encounter:
Customer facing intermittent login issues with multiple behaviors with nqserver
- Unable to signed in error
- Login spins and keeps on spinning
