Connecting from Smart View to Cube Built with Essbase Studio is Slow (Doc ID 2436208.1)

Symptoms

Connecting via Smart View to a cube that was built using Essbase Studio takes long time and queries may be slow.  Following error is shown in AnalyticProviderServices0.log:

Changes

 The Essbase outline file was copied from one environment to another, for example from TEST to PROD.
