Symptoms
- Customer upgrade OBIEE to 12.2.1.4.0 from previous releases (Like 12.2.1.0.x , 12.2.1.1.x , 12.2.1.2.x , 12.2.1.3.x)
- Try to upload RPD using the following command
- Getting the following Error
Operation failed.
Service Instance key "ssi" does not exist.
System exit code: 1
