Symptoms

After upgrade to 11.1.2.4.345 PSU, External Connection for Database is getting timed out.

Error:

Oracle.Drm.Exceptions.ResourcedException`1[Oracle.Drm.Messages.MsgsClientLibrary]: DRM-32174: The connection timed out while waiting for the server to respond. ---> System.TimeoutException: The operation did not complete within the allotted timeout of 00:00:29.9990000. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.
