Unable to Login with DRM Admin User (Doc ID 2440817.1)

Symptoms

When try to login to a new DRM application in 11.1.2.4.345 form web client with 'Admin" user, getting error

"Invalid password or user does not exist"

Changes

 Created New Application and Configured the Repository by generating and executing the SQL Scripts.
