Symptoms
Users are getting an intermittent login error when logging into any EPM application, i.e. Workspace, Planning, DRM:
EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.
The SharedServices_Security_Client.log for Foundation has the error:
EPMCSS-00310: Failed to authenticate user with user directory MSAD. Error getting connection from connection pool. [LDAP: error code 80 - Other]. Verify user directory configuration.
