Symptoms

When attempting to restore a purged period in ARM, various provisioning warnings are thrown:

"WARN : EPMARM-30013: Profile Segments cannot be created, updated or deleted because profiles exist."
"WARN : Period is locked on row 2, column name Format, column number 6."
"WARN : User has not been assigned the appropriate role on row 5, column name Preparer, column number 11."
