Symptoms

Users encounter errors when loading data from FDMEE: "JDBC connection error occurs while connecting to the work repository FDMEE. Caused by: ODI-10182: Uncategorized exception during repository access", "TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor", "Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLException".
