Unable to unlock period from POV selector due to lock at the application
level.

Goal

For some Locations, POV shows that the locations is locked.
However POV let Import and Export

If "Check" step is repeated,
receive: "EPMFDM-140164:The data rule cannot be executed because this POV is locked. Please select another POV"
