OBIEE 12c: MAPVIEWER-06009 Returned When Accessing a Large Map and Found "WARNING: Stopped Application From Allocating an Image With Invalid Dimension: [2304, 1536]" in Mapviewer.log (Doc ID 2539111.1)

Symptoms

 When accessing the map in Mapviewer, you see the following error:

[MVThemeBasedFOIControl.foiLoaded] MAPVIEWER-05523: Cannot process response from MapViewer server. (<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <oms_error>
MAPVIEWER-06009: Error processing an FOI request. Root cause:FOIServlet:null</oms_error>)

In mapviewer.log, you can see the MAPVIEWER-06009 and also many warning messages like the below:

oracle.sdovis.util.ImageUtils safeAllocateImage
WARNING: Stopped application from allocating an image with invalid dimension: [2304, 1536].
