Symptoms



When attempting to refresh the Planning database, the following error occurs:


Essbase Error 1080015 - Unable to create Transaction Cleanup Daemon thread.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Workspace and navigate to Manage Application>Refresh Database
2. Get error above.


Due to this issue, users cannot refresh the database.
