On : 11.1.2.4 version, Product Usage

When attempting to open the application,
the following error occurs.

Caused By: weblogic.common.ResourceException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: ORA-00257: Archiver error. Connect AS SYSDBA only until resolved.
