Symptoms

In Hyperion Financial Management 11.1.2.4 release, when users are trying to click on "Open in Smart View" button in any of the Data Grid or Data Form, users will get the below error. The error occurs only when using FireFox browser.

Error: "The address wasn't understood. Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (oraclesv) isn't associated with any program"
