Unable To Run FR Batch From Command Line With SSL Enabled Environment (Doc ID 2603352.1)

Symptoms

"Batch failed to schedule:" error similar to the following is generated when attempting to schedule batches via command line batch scheduler utility with SSL URL:

D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialReportingStudio\products\financialreporting\bin>ScheduleBatch.cmd Batch_Definition.xml https://EPMOHSServerName:443
[java] log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient).
[java] log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
[java] Java Result: 1
[echo] Batch failed to schedule: Batch_Definition.xml - See logs for details
