Symptoms

After applying Oracle WebLogic Server PSU 10.3.6.0.191015 (Patch #30109677), Hyperion Shared Services does not work. It fails to open Hyperion Shared Service (interop) Console:

Error 404 - Not found

If you use Hyperion Financial Services, You fail to access taskflow with the same error.
