Financial Reporting (FR) Batch Scheduler Not Bursting All Members Listed On The Bursting File (Doc ID 2613122.1)

On : FR 11.1.2.4.9xx & 11.1.2.4.7xx versions

Batch Scheduler not bursting all the entities (dimension members) listed in the bursting file.

i.e. The bursting file has 13 entities. When running the batch schedule job, not all of the entities are getting burst. Sometimes it's 11, other times it's 8. It's inconsistent on which ones it will burst as well.

Failure email from the batch job shows this error:
