On OBIEE 12.2.1.4.190416 version, Analytics
OBIEE - a delay from startup to being able to log in is excessive
When the OBIEE services are started, there is a long delay (10-15 mins) before the users are able to log into the application.
i.e. /status.sh, it's showing all the services are up and running
