OBIEE 12c: Maximum Number of Rotated Oracle BI Server Query log is Limited to 10

Symptoms
The Oracle BI Server (OBIS) provides a facility for logging query activity at the individual user level.
The query log file is named nqquery.log, and is located in BI_DOMAIN/servers/obisn/logs.
The query log can be rotated based on file size by following settings:

On OBIEE 12.2.1.4, the maximum number of rotated OBIS query logs is limited to 10.
Changes
Upgrade OBIEE to 12.2.1.4.0.
